Clinical Therapy

My Focus

My passion lies in guiding individuals, families and couples towards the meaningful change they seek, helping them become the person they believe they can be. Self-actualization is the process of eliminating the daylight between the person we are and the person we know we are capable of becoming. It involves shedding barriers such as addiction, compulsive or self-destructive behaviors, trauma, and living out of alignment with one’s true potential or authentic self. To address these obstacles fully, I use an integrative approach that considers mind, body, and spirit—factoring in lifestyle elements like diet, exercise, sleep, connection and purpose. Through therapy, we challenge limiting beliefs, unravel harmful patterns, and reconnect with our authentic selves. My goal is to empower you while giving you the tools to build a life that is in service to your core values and reflects your strengths.

My Communication Style & Approach

I use a direct (I’ve been told blunt at times), action-oriented approach anchored in empathy, believing that both honesty and genuine connection are essential catalysts for real change. I use humor, I swear often and I show up as I am in my everyday life. Sessions blend practical feedback with person-centered and holistic principles, acknowledging mind, body, and spirit as interconnected. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral and existential techniques, along with skills-based therapies, to address limiting beliefs and cultivate resilience. Because I bring my full humanity into the room, clients often feel supported yet challenged to move forward. This balance of authenticity and accountability helps ensure each step we take is meaningful, effective, and deeply rooted in who you truly are.
