FAQs

What types of therapy do you offer?

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, integrating a holistic approach that addresses mind, body, and spirit. Depending on your needs, we may also incorporate elements of culinary, movement, or garden therapy.

How much does integrative, whole-person care (like gardening, culinary, or movement therapy) cost?

The cost of these services depends on the scope and frequency of your needs. We’ll discuss your goals, decide which modalities might be most beneficial (e.g., gardening, culinary, movement), and then tailor a plan to fit your situation. After we determine the right approach for you, I’ll provide a clear fee structure. Because every individual’s journey is unique, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all rate for integrative care. If you have questions about pricing or scheduling, I’m happy to address them during our initial consultation..

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance directly; however, I can provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It’s a good idea to check with your insurer ahead of time to understand your coverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards in addition to Zelle and Venmo.

What can I expect during the first session??

Our initial meeting is focused on getting to know you, your challenges, and your goals. We’ll discuss your current concerns, any relevant history, and outline a plan for moving forward. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions about my approach to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

How can I prepare for my first appointment??

It’s often helpful to think about what you hope to gain from therapy—any goals, concerns, or areas you’d like to focus on. You can also jot down questions you have about the process or my style.
